RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES

RESERVATION

  • We offer innovative and interactive communication training, conference hosting, keynotes, and planning.
  • We cover geographical areas worldwide for on-site training sessions or events. Additionally, we provide highly interactive online training.
  • The balance payment must be settled no later than 15 business days before the scheduled service date.
  • We offer discounts for bulk bookings or long-term engagements. Please reach out to us to explore available options tailored to your needs.
  • While we recommend booking approximately 3 months in advance for optimal scheduling, we are committed to accommodating shorter notice whenever feasible.
  • Initiate the booking process by contacting us (click here) for a complimentary quote and to discuss your requirements in detail.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations made up to 7 business days before the scheduled service date will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
  • For cancellations made between 6 business days and 2 business days before the scheduled service date, a 50% refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be provided.
  • If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service date, no refunds will be issued, and the non-refundable deposit will be retained by Public Speaking Lab.

RESCHEDULING

  • Clients may request to reschedule their service date with no penalty up to 7 business days to the originally scheduled date, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling may incur an additional fee due to travel arrangements.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

  • For services that require travel to the event location, any travel arrangements made by Public Speaking Lab (such as flights, accommodations, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • In case of a cancellation or rescheduling by the client, Public Speaking Lab reserves the right to seek full compensation for any pre-arranged travel expenses incurred.
